Lloyd has a passion for all things law and is able to see the different interplays and interactions between laws and how they affect legal/business decisions. Lloyd has practiced as a consultant and arbitrator and mediator since 2011, and works closely with barristers and solicitors to build successful solutions.
Lloyd has a strong IT background and has been an industry leader since 1991 in telecommunications, cyber security, and programming.
Carey Jones

Carey has worked in Information technology his entire career and is focused on developing strong systems that deliver technology tools to business.
Carey is actively involved at a hands-on level with implementation, testing, and execution of policy, procedure, and technology tools used every day in businesses like yours.
Steven Fontenot Det
Sr Partner
Steven has a passion for detective work and has been trained in negotiation and corrections. Steven actively works with law enforcement to develop, track and stop criminal behavior.
Steven has a strong focus on process development and working towards a safer world.
Policy Developers
The firm's resident word-smith's have done a wide range of research, training and business-support consulting. They write operational policies (e.g. for cyber-security or safe email use) and build and deliver customised staff training programmes for compliance.
Their focuss is on ensuring that the client's investment in training, documents, writing or marketing leads to improved commercial results for the client.
Matthew Atkins
Jr Partner
Matthew has a passion for all things IT and has been learning some facet of IT since he was a kid. As he started to realize the security issues within the IT world, he started specializing his education into cyber security where he earned his degree in Network Administration and Security. Matthew works closely on cyber security, Network Security, and Information Assurance to develop, test and confirm your organization is ready for the next century.
Associates
LLB.
Gallagher & Co Consultants employs associates who are non-partners who hold full qualifications in law and choose to practice as consultants due to the benefits that come with consultancy work. Associates may also work as lawyers for law firms under the legislative rules as well as work for us as a consultant.
An associate will carry out the day-to-day legal work for clients as directed, and under the direct supervision of a senior associate or partner.
Para Legal/Legal Executives
Dip. Legal
Gallagher & Co Consultants employs Para Legals, also called Legal Executives, who hold Diplomas or similar degrees in legal studies.
Paralegals perform tasks requiring knowledge of the law and legal procedures, and assist with day to day legal work carried out by partners and associates.
Para legals may contact you on behalf of the associate or partner when work is carried out on your file.
ICT Engineer
Bachelor's Degree.
Gallagher & Co Consultants employs ICT engineers who hold qualifications in technology. ICT engineers work directly on Information Communication Technology matters and engage with cyber security, policy, and software development.
An ICT engineer may also be employed as an ICT associate, and will carry out the day-to-day work for clients as directed under the direct supervision of a senior associate or partner.
